Mexican Chocolate Tofu Pudding

This dessert singlehandedly began my obsession with putting silken tofu in sweet things. It’s hands down the best chocolate pudding you’ll ever have. Cinnamon and chili powder give it its Mexican edge. (Just know that their flavors intensify as the pudding chills. So don’t make my initial mistake and add extra spice because your first taste test seemed a little bland.)
